Guaranteed reservation is called when it is paid at 100 % for the first days of residing. Not guaranteed reservation hotel services remain till 18.00 o'clock of the date of arrival.
Conditions of cancellation of booking:
Without the subsequent penal sanctions: at annulment of the reservation not less than 3 days prior to arrival date.
30 % from residing cost: at reservation annulment for 2nd days before arrival date.
50 % from residing cost: at reservation annulment for 1 day before arrival date.
70 % from residing cost: at reservation annulment in day of arrival till 18:00
100 % from residing cost: NO SHOW
If you want guaranteed reserved room in our hotel a credit card, fill and will send by fax the following INSTRUCTION.

If you need to book a number using your credit card you should fill-in and fax us the INSTRUCTION. It is recommended to attach a xerocopy of the both sides of your credit card.
IMPORTANT:
Settling in hotel probably only under the documents proving the identity.
Registration of foreign citizens is possible only in the presence of following operating documents:
The passport; the visa; a migration card.
Without one of these documents, the administrator has the right to refuse settlement of the foreign citizen.
