The price for a room includes accommodation and a breakfast.
The time of breakfast is: since 06:30 till 10:00 (From Monday to Saturday)
since 08:00 till 11:00 (at Sunday).

Additional breakfast costs 600 rubles.
Check-in time 14.00.
Check-out time 12.00.
Early check-in costs 50% from one night.
Late check-out from 12.00 to 14.00 costs 100 rubles for each additional hour.
Late check-out from 14.00 to 00.00 costs 50% from one night.
Late check-out from 00.00 to 12.00 costs 100% from one night.
If accommodation less than one day the payment is for whole day even late check-in.
Registration fee is 100 rubles for one person.

Rate conditionals: deposit 50% from total sum reservation during 24 hours from making reservation. Non-refundable if  booking cancel or guest no-show.
